Project Manager 1 position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Lead & manage functional and technical teams to ensure that final offering is high-quality and meet engagement requirements
  • Closely monitor and track the project progress to ensure a smooth and timely handover of the project
  • Provide timely and accurate project status information to our client’s team, and escalate project issues appropriately
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields
  • At least 5 years experienced in IT Service operation/implementation or IT Software and Hardware
  • Experience in Project Management (IT Solution or related fields) including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control
  • Able to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken, read, and written English will be considered as an advantage.
